Khoos Credit Policy

How Khoos Credit Works

At Khoos, we reward our customers automatically. When you place and pay for an eligible order, Khoos credit is added directly to your account — no codes, no claims needed.

Earning Khoos Credit

• Who qualifies: Any customer with a paid order of 1,000 EGP or more.
• How much: You earn 10% of your order total as Khoos credit.
• When it's issued: Credit is added to your account automatically once your payment is confirmed.
• Currency: Credit is issued in the same currency as your order.

Example: Pay 1,500 EGP → receive 150 EGP in Khoos credit.

Using Khoos Credit

• Khoos credit is applied to future purchases at checkout.
• It can be used on any product in our store.
• Khoos credit is valid for 1 year from the date it is issued. Credit that is not used within this period will expire automatically.
• There is no maximum cap — the more you spend, the more you earn.

Khoos Credit & Refunds

• If you return an order for which Khoos credit was issued, the credit associated with that order may be adjusted or reversed accordingly.
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Khoos credit earned on a refunded order will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Khoos credit itself is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
